We are a Community Benefit Society, which means it will always be owned and supported by the local community. We always welcome new members. Every member has a right to vote in the AMM.
Shares cost £10 each and any member can own up to 10,000 shares. We previously raised £72,000 through this scheme, to fund the building and set up costs for the shop and café. We presently have 234 members.
We still welcome new members who want to purchase shares in the Society, this helps us facilitate the purchase of new equipment and to fund some of the improvements that we have in the pipeline.
Your share-purchase will be treated as confidential by the Management Committee.
